We meet the first Monday of each month. This year, we also have a Cleaver Kids project for youngsters aged 6-8. Often this engages the younger siblings that are at the meetings and clinics anyways but we are encouraged by how many new families are getting involved as a result of the Cleaver Kid program as well.
The club members always look forward to the Regional Horse Show held in Red Deer as well as the various clinics and workshops that are held throughout the year. A strong judging team has started to develop and they will continue to hold regular practices until the competitions begin. Many of our senior members are involved in 4-H trips and are very encouraging to the younger ones to keep the 4-H Spirit alive.
