2021 Virtual AGM

January 27, 2021 we will be hosting our AGM and unfortunately restrictions were not changed yesterday so we are going to go ahead and plan for a virtual AGM at 7 pm on Zoom.

Meeting packages including agenda, previous minutes, financial statements and proposed by law revisions will be e-mailed out to Ag Society Members next Tuesday, and there will be hardcopies available to pick up here at the Ag Office on Wednesday January 27 as well. If you are not a current Ag Society member you are able to log onto the meeting however you will not be able to vote. If you need to renew your membership please contact the office via email: lakedellag@xplornet.com or call 780-586-2505.

We understand that this is not the ideal situation but we are mandated to hold our meeting so this is the best we can do for 2021.
