Indoor Arena Usage Update

Upon discussion we have decided to allow limited open riding in the indoor arena.

This will mean that there is only one family in the building at a time during this open riding time. I think the easiest way to do this is to have an online sign up sheet and I continue to try to find the easiest option for everyone.

Previous Friday, Saturday and Sunday private bookings will remain with very limited attendance.

(If you need more than one hour or want to bring cattle in you will still have to book a rental. Note that lessons are ONLY able to proceed if they are a one on one lesson-NO GROUP LESSONS of any sort are able to run)

I realize that our riding community is not necessarily a technology reliant group. I am working on getting a sign up sheet in place that means that I do not have to schedule each and every hour of the day but also that you can do so fairly easily. I am hoping to have something in place for Monday.
